# Recruiting outreach

Finds and ranks candidates for an open role from public LinkedIn profiles, checks their work emails and stops for your approval before it stages a draft campaign in Instantly.

## Steps

1. Starts a search for about 25 public LinkedIn profiles of people who hold the role today
2. Waits for the search to finish
3. Reads the profiles and drops people at companies on your skip list
4. Scores every candidate on each must have and ranks them by their lowest score, without removing anyone
5. Finds work history and a work email for the top 20
6. Finds a work email where Apollo has none on the current employer
7. Leaves out anyone already in one of your Instantly campaigns
8. Checks each email: valid, risky, unchecked or invalid
9. Only after you say yes, creates a draft campaign in Instantly
10. Loads your approved people into that draft, which sends nothing until your team activates it

## Sample outcome

> Example: 25 profiles found, 4 dropped from the skip list, 21 ranked by fit
> Example: 19 work emails, 13 valid, 5 risky and 1 invalid
> Example: draft campaign ready in Instantly with 18 people, waiting for your team to activate it
