The promptFree
Catch me up on [Slack channel name] for the last 7 days.

1. Use slack_list_channels to find [Slack channel name], then slack_get_messages for the period, following pages until you have all of it.
2. Use slack_get_user_info to name the people involved.

Format: decisions made (with who made them), open questions (with who is waiting), anything that mentions me or needs a reply, and a one-line mood read. Keep it under 200 words.

Before you start, ask me for anything in square brackets. Use my SingleBrain Gateway tools for this, such as slack_list_channels. Only use numbers the tools return. If you cannot see SingleBrain tools, stop and tell me to connect SingleBrain Gateway at https://gateway.singlebrain.com first.
